Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and your personal data from the applications and games published by Mellivo OÜ (Registry Code 17522398), Tallinn, Estonia. It applies to all Mellivo applications and games available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as to our website.
You do not need to have the application installed to submit a request, and you do not need an account on this website.
How to request deletion
Option A — From inside the application
If the application offers account registration, it also offers deletion. Open the application, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your request is submitted immediately.
Option B — By email
- Send an email to studio@mellivoai.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the name of the application or game the request concerns.
- Include the email address or username associated with your account, so that we can locate it.
- Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific data removed (see the next section).
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account holder by replying to the email address on file. Once verified, deletion is completed within 30 days. We will confirm in writing when it is done. There is no charge for this.
You can also request partial deletion
If you would prefer to keep your account, you may instead ask us to delete only:
- photographs, images, or audio recordings you have uploaded;
- the results generated for you from that content;
- your activity or usage history.
Simply say which of these you want removed in your email.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Retained records are isolated from further processing and are not used for any other purpose.
Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it in your store account settings before requesting deletion. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Your other rights
Alongside deletion, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, a portable copy of it, restriction of processing, or you may object to processing. Write to studio@mellivoai.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
If you are in the EU or EEA and are unhappy with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
